HorseRNG Terms of Service

1. Use of Content

Guides, tier lists, codes lists, breeding notes, food economy tables, race strategy pages, and other information on HorseRNG are provided "as-is" for informational purposes. We do not warrant accuracy; in-game updates may invalidate guides at any time. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the relevant HorseRNG page; mass reproduction without permission is prohibited.

2. User Conduct

No spam, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity. No automated scraping that imposes undue load on horserng.com or our hosting provider. No reverse-engineering of our calculators or tools for commercial redistribution. Do not impersonate HorseRNG or present the guide as official Roblox or Tou Interactive material.

3. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, page structure, code, calculators, and original graphics) is owned by the site operator unless attributed otherwise. Game names, logos, and assets ("Horse RNG", Roblox) belong to their respective owners; they are used here under fair use for guide and reference content. Original editorial commentary, tier rankings, and methodology notes are the work of Jim Liu.

4. Third-Party Content

HorseRNG embeds YouTube videos for gameplay context, links to Roblox for game access, and references community updates. Third parties (YouTube, Roblox, Cloudflare, Google Analytics) have their own terms which you accept by using their content. We are not responsible for third-party site practices, advertising, or data handling outside horserng.com.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

HorseRNG is provided as is and with no warranty. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for every player. We do not warrant that a listed code will work, that a listed breed value is still current, or that a suggested race or breeding strategy will produce a particular result. This site is not affiliated with the game developer or Roblox Corporation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HorseRNG and its operator are not liable for any in-game consequences (lost coins, lost foals, account issues, missed rewards, ban risks) or for indirect damages arising from use of the guide. Roblox is a third-party platform with its own terms; account-level disputes must be resolved with Roblox or Tou Interactive directly.

6. Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this site you also accept that policy. For privacy or data requests, contact privacy@horserng.com.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when HorseRNG changes, when legal requirements change, or when a new site feature requires a clearer rule. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, the operator's home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email correspondence with hello@horserng.com should be raised in the courts of that jurisdiction.
